CLUB POLICIES
1. CONDUCT
All club members, non-club members, and guests are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with Englewood Recovery Oasis club policies and use common courtesy during any meeting or event at Englewood Recovery Oasis.
2. ACCESS
Club members in good standing will have access to club amenities from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, unless otherwise pre-approved by the Board of Directors.
3. RESPECT
Regularly scheduled 12-Step meeting groups will have priority access to meeting rooms and kitchen. All patrons must be respectful during these times.
4. COFFEE
Englewood Recovery Oasis will provide coffee and coffee mugs. Dirty coffee mugs must be returned to the dishwasher after each use. Each meeting or workshop must restore the room and kitchen back to a clean and tidy condition.
5. PROHIBITED
Absolutely NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or NARCOTICS are permitted in or on club property. Anyone found violating this policy will be asked to leave.
6. CHILDREN UNDER 14
Children are always welcome, however, it is REQUIRED that they be supervised by a responsible adult. Parent/Guardian MUST pick up after their children. No exceptions. Englewood Recovery Oasis assumes no responsibility for children left unattended.
7. HOURS
Club hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Anyone found on the premises after hours will be asked to leave and escorted off the property.
8. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
No pets or emotional support animals are allowed inside or at the front entrance of the Englewood Recovery Oasis at any time. Service animal paperwork must be presented beforehand and verified before service animals are permitted.
9. SAFETY
Any club member or non-club member who habitually abuses Englewood Recovery Oasis club policies or commits acts of violence, vandalism, or threatens the safety of any other parties inside Englewood Recovery Oasis must immediately forfeit their key, if in possession of one, and their right to attend meetings or functions on the premises. Reinstatement of such members is at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Unruly or disruptive persons will be asked to leave or will safely be escorted off the premises. Police WILL be called to serve if necessary.
10. SMOKING
Englewood Recovery Oasis is a NON-SMOKING facility. There should be no smoking in front of the building. By order of the Fire Marshall and State Laws: Smoking is permitted 30 feet away from the front door in the designated smoking area (right side of the building) ONLY. PLEASE dispose of all cigarettes properly. All members must adhere to this policy for the health and well-being of all attendees.
